Alice Toulorge joined Belay Avocats in January 2026.
Alice holds a Master’s degree in Business Law (DJCE) from the University of Caen Normandy and a Certificate of Specialised Studies in Corporate Law from the University of Montpellier.
She has developed her experience in business law through several placements at law firms and within the legal department of a banking institution.
Prior to joining Belay Avocats, Alice gained experience at law firms specialising in corporate law and mergers and acquisitions.
Alice advises on mergers and acquisitions, investment transactions and corporate restructurings, as well as corporate law matters, including share capital transactions, the implementation of management incentive plans and financing transactions.
