Faustine has eight years of experience in the Tech & Data practices of leading international law firms (A&O Shearman and Linklaters). She advises French and international clients on their digital transformation, with a particular focus on information technologies (IT), cybersecurity, and data protection issues.
She regularly works with Belay Avocats on (i) IT/DP aspects of legal audits and on carve-out issues and transitional services agreements (TSAs) in the context of M&A transactions, acting on either the seller’s or buyer’s side, and (ii) more broadly, on drafting and negotiating IT contracts, handling IT-related disputes, and implementing GDPR compliance programs.
