Géraldine has practiced for more than 15 years in international law firms in financing and M&A transactions.
Géraldine assists executive managers and financial and legal departments in the negotiation of their financing documentation, within the framework of their leveraged transactions (OBO, LBO, MBO) or the implementation of their corporate financing.
After obtaining an MBA in 2017, Géraldine left law firms for a while to head the International Legal Department of the SAUR Group during three years, in order to be closer to the strategic and operational issues of corporates. Géraldine was in charge for International of the M&A transactions, commercial contracts, JVs and partnerships.
Géraldine assists corporates, executive managers, and legal departments in the negotiation of their strategic commercial contracts and M&A transactions.
