Luftia Ewane joined Belay Avocats in November 2022.
Luftia is a graduate of Maastricht University (Diploma in International Business Law) and of the University of Paris Est Créteil (Diploma in European Law and Master 2 in European Business Law).
Prior to joining the firm, Luftia completed several internships in business law firms in Paris and in companies in Gabon, specializing in corporate law/M&A and commercial contracts.
Luftia’s practice focuses on corporate transactions (incorporation of companies, fund raising, strategic partnerships), external growth transactions, disposal of companies and reorganizations (mergers, partial contributions of assets) and the negotiation of bank financing.
