Belay Avocats acted as legal counsel to O-Kidia, a Deeptech-labeled startup specializing in diagnosis neurodevelopmental disorders, in connection with its fundraising round.
O-Kidia develops software solutions to assist in the diagnosis and therapeutic guidance of children and adolescents affected by neurodevelopmental disorders or associated mental health conditions. Leveraging artificial intelligence, as well as the analysis of digital and clinical (bio)markers, the company aims to become the first digital clinic dedicated to these pathologies.
