Belay is advising the management of Daher Montrichard Industrie in connection with the signing of an agreement for the acquisition of the company by WCP Eiréné, a fund managed by Weinberg Capital Partners specialising in defence and security.

A subsidiary of the Daher Group, Daher Montrichard Industrie specialises in the design, manufacture and maintenance of technical containers and shelters intended primarily for the defence markets.

Based in Montrichard, in the Loir-et-Cher department, the company generates turnover in excess of €30 million and employs 145 people. In particular, it supplies solutions designed to protect missiles, engines, radars and communication systems.

This carve-out transaction will enable Daher Montrichard Industrie to become an independent company, under the leadership of its current CEO, Stéphane Rossignol. In partnership with WCP Eiréné, the company intends to continue its development in its traditional markets, enter new segments and attract new customers, particularly in the civil sector and internationally, and explore new opportunities for external growth.

Completion of the transaction remains subject to the usual conditions precedent and to obtaining the necessary regulatory approvals.

This acquisition will enable Paul Boyé Technologies to strengthen its offering in the field of camouflage and to expand its range of personal protective equipment for the defence and security markets.

Belay advised the selling shareholders in connection with the sale of a company following a competitive tender process that develops digital platforms dedicated to the management of works councils (CSEs) and employee benefits.

Founded in 2009, the company initially specialised in accounting software for CSEs, before expanding its offering from 2020 to include ticketing, employee benefits and the management of social and cultural activities

Acquired in July 2021 by the FPCI Alcyon, a hotel investment vehicle managed by Eternam, this 3-star, 117-room property had been identified for its strategic location near Marseille-Provence Airport and its value-creation potential.

Alongside Eternam, somnOO co-invested in the asset and has acted as operating partner since its acquisition, managing the hotel’s operations.
