Belay Avocats acted as legal counsel to Eternam in connection with the sale of a portfolio comprising three hotel business assets located in Strasbourg, Nice, and Toulouse to LBO France.
These 4-star establishments, situated in the heart of attractive regional metropolitan areas, were initially acquired in 2017 by Eternam on behalf of private investors. Operational management, originally provided by Honotel—a company owned by LBO France’s real estate fund—will continue under the new owner.
