Belay Avocats and Nemrod Avocats advised NFM Group, a leading Norwegian player specialising in personal protection systems for armed forces and security institutions, on the acquisition of French group Paul Boyé, one of the long-standing manufacturers in the defence and security sector.
Founded in 1996, NFM Group has grown rapidly from a small entrepreneurial company to a recognised international supplier of soldier systems. Today, NFM Group has contracts with more than 50 military and police authorities around the world.
